I was introduced to xRealm by playing… Dune Awakening and Conan Exiles
I was introduced to xRealm by playing on a friends Dune Awakening Server. The server has generally been solid as a rock, and when it hasn't, typically, it's been due to issues introduced by the game vendor as opposed to xRealm themselves - their responses to these issues have always been stellar, going above and beyond to get us back up and running. As a result, I ended up purchasing by Conan Exiles server from them which has been similarly, very very solid. This has been my experience for close to a year now.
Lightyears better than the competition
Just to offer some Kudos to the XRealm Team. My friends and I, and what appears to be a number of other guilds, migratred over from GPortal where I can tell you the uptime/stability was atrocious. Servers being restarted 8-10 times a day, wouldn't connect to the Overland - you name it; it was a problem. Support operating on a pay-per-ticket basis is...pretty obnoxious considering how bad the service was to begin with. Who monetizes tickets on a unstable platform? Big yikes. As many complaints as I see here about XRealm (granted most of those are disgruntled/unaware people) it's light years beyond the experience offered by GPortal and some other providers. Keep up the good work and continue to give both excellent support and a stable service. Every tech platform has hiccups now and then, it happens. The fact they're listening to feedback about slow allocation times for maps in the Overland and actively seeking to improve the experience says a lot. Thanks again!
Great Customer Service
After the initial bot.. a real person logs into help assist. i've run 3 servers on Xrealms and everytime if there are any issues they assist and make things right. No point in usuing any other server provider.. Thanks Xrealms.
