I am a pretty new server owner and I struggle with understanding why my game is crashing and other little things. First of all the chat system is very user friendly which is very nice. The agent who helped my was Brian and they did a really nice job dumbing things down for me when I wasn't understanding and walking me through processes. I would 10000% use this service again. Thanks to the support, my server is now up and running and fully functional with mods! :)
