Support is great and fixed many issues
I have had multiple problems with the modpack I was making for my server, and was holding out on contacting support. I eventually caved and reached out, and both times they fixed the issues quite quickly and efficiently. They have always been very kind and understanding, and even fixed a client side issue in addition to the server side issue when I provided client logs. Great support, they respond quickly and are very knowledgeable about the mods that I was using. To clarify these were not issues with the hosting, but with the minecraft mods I was using. I have never had an issue with the server itself.
Best hosting server hosting website!
I've used Bisect Hosting, ScalaCube, and another website to host my modded Minecraft servers before. I currently am using Kinetic and have been for over a year now. I think they have the best customer service! Its fast, and extremely helpful. The UI is also very beginner-friendly. It's much easier to navigate as a certified tech idiot. Additionally, the price is much lower than what it's actually worth. I had Cody Dupre address my help ticket, and he was wonderful.

Nathan is definitely the best!I was having a problem with my Project zomboid server. Nathan was able to fix it and let me know how to avoid it in the future! It does not get any better than that when it comes to troubleshooting! Nathan!Edit: I forgot to mention it was quite a niche issue? I knoooow. Hot right? Nathan!
