Their Support is incredible
Their Support is incredible, and that's no joke.I had a server 2 years ago and they couldn't recover the backups for the mods I used.I got a new server going and was totally lost, and then bam. A simple ticket later and I had someone on their discord literally install all the mods, get it working, then coach me through rendering someone an admin.I said I was lost when it came to how to import a workshop modlist to my server, and rather than coach me on how to do that their support person on Discord just did it for me in about 10 minutes. Incredible.

Hello all! I was so skeptical coming into this "server" hosting thing, I did a bit of research, and all led me HERE. First thing's first, performance? Top notch! I have never had an issue hosting my heavy modded heavy zombie pop B42 Project Zomboid server. Even when I had issue's of my OWN, that I created, one simple ticket and the Broccoli team is ON it. And I mean that, i've made 6-7 tickets (no pun intended) and out of those 6-7 ticket's, they are all answered and working on a solution within MINUTES! These guys are very helpful, understanding, and out-going. When it comes to what you pay vs the service you get? These guys could up my monthly bill by $5-$10 and I wouldn't even care! Stop looking for a server host and get started with the IB Team! I am brand new to ALL of this, and I am HOOKED mainly due to the IB guys responsiveness and desire to actually help you run your server is un-matched!
