All an all good the tec support helped alot started off rocky but not everyone knows everything. That last person (Lou P) I talk to was fanstatstic. He did not give up. I can't imagin his face expressions behind the scene haha. But good people person.
Stable and Reliable Service
HostHavoc is the best server hosting provider that I've used so far! I find the control panel easy to navigate, with quick server setup and instant server restarts. I'd also like to mention that the staff that run the support channels are absolutely awesome! Anytime that I had a question about my service, I submitted a ticket and was surprised to see a quick response! Shoutout to Rafael for helping me out!

Resolved game server API access changes quickly on a weekend
The game im running made an update that completely changes how mods are loaded from mod.io. entire new process required (from server side... meaning Host Havoc needed to make changes)I opened a ticket on a saturday morning and got immediate response. the responsiveness continued all through sunday evening, when after many changes and a few 'try this now' the issue was resolved.These changes were adding and modifying sections to server configuration for a new authorization process at the Mod site, while also accommodating changes in file system for the mods, and exposing where needed to the management interface so i could enter new values.

well i owned a dayz server with host havoc and it was great no problems and when i did have a problem they were on top of it they responded in minutes of making a ticket so i would say 10 out of 10 thankyou again for everything you guys have done..by the way Rafael S was very helpful thank you!!
Customer Service is ON POINT.
I've had 2 tickets applied to Hosthavoc in regards to server setup and getting my world files back. I had missed payments for 2 weeks; I thought my world file was gone for good. They responded to my ticket within 5 MIN and got my world file back WITHOUT asking me to pay for another month. I've never experienced such top-notch customer service. Thank you "Michael S".
