Hosting multiple Farming Simulator 25 servers with Fragnet this March. Aiya from the support team has been a huge help since then as I had issues with my mods causing crashes. She identified somehow the issue and fixed it within a few hours o_o I don't think other hosts would do the same.

Recently switched to Fragnet with my Battlefield 4 server and so far support had been exceptional. I faced some issues with a Procon plugin (adkats) and their team went above and beyond to help patch the issue... My previous host straight up said "not our issue fix it yourself".I'm happy to have found some caring support at last.
