THE BEST MINECRAFT HOSTING!

I cannot begin to express how amazing the customer support team at Cybrancee is. My computer crashed yesterday and I lost everything when I had to reset it. Somewhere along the line my cybrancee account got weird and wouldn't let me access my panel, within 20 minutes Juan walked me through every step and when nothing worked they escalated it and 5 minutes later the problem was solved!

I had a really good experience with Cybrancee support.I initially contacted them regarding a promotion (“12 months for the price of 8”), but I was already on an annual plan. The support agent “Lorem” responded quickly and clearly explained that the offer doesn’t apply to existing annual subscriptions, but instead offered me an alternative deal: 36 months for the price of 24 months.What I appreciated most was how straightforward and flexible the support was. “Lorem” also helped ensure that both of my bot hosting instances could be included in the deal without any issues.Overall, the communication was fast, helpful, and solution-oriented. It felt like they were actually trying to find a fair alternative instead of just saying no.Very satisfied with the support and Servers experience so far.
Great pricing and customer support
I've used many different server hosters (BeastNode, BisectHosting, Apex), but the one thing that sets Cybrancee apart is their pricing and their customer support. Messaged their help chat today with a problem that I've been trying to figure out on my own and never could over the past couple months, and Juan responded within a few seconds and made it simple and easy. Huge shoutout to him. Will be staying with Cybrancee for sure.

supportwas messing around and made some changes and couldnt figure it out but the mighty lord and savior Mr.Juan came to my aid and helped me in just a few minutes and solved my problem,give that man a raise and a rack of Corona beers.10/10 would ask him anythime any day.
